Just Fry until Golden Brown on both sides and cook to your desired crisp add some lemon, and pour one of your favorite drinks, Enjoy!
Test with meat thermometer before eating. By FDA standard Fish should have internal temperature of 145 degrees or 63 Celsius.

Ingredients
- (1 tsp) Garlic Powder
- (Onion Powder) Onion Powder
- (1 tsp.) Chili Powder
- (1/2 tsp.) Ground Cumin
- (4) (6-oz.) Tilapia Filets
- (Desired Amount) Seasoned Salt
- (Desired Amount) Ground Black Pepper
- (2 tbsp.) Canola or Vegetable oil
- (Desired Amount) Lime wedges

- Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin. Whisk to combine.
- Step 2: Season tilapia filets generously with salt and pepper, then dip each in mixture from large bowl, shaking off any excess.
Place on a clean plate or baking sheet. - Step 3: In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add 2 filets and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side (optionally add Sliced Onions or Fresh Peeled Garlic Cloves), until crust is golden and inside the fish flakes easily with a fork. Repeat with remaining filets.
- Step 4: Serve immediately with lime wedges.
